This place is near all transportation and in an overall good location (15 min walk to Little Italy and 5 min to the Gaslamp). It’s a high-rise complex that has a gym and pool on the premises. My lease will expire early February next year and my roommate will be on the lease.

Mostly at work or in the gym. If roomie wants to hang out sometimes fine; otherwise, just a business transaction. I am trustful and not here to take advantage of anyone. Please, no partying—the bars are only few blocks away.
