Gorgeous private 0.5 acre backyard overlooking creek and forest- with wild turkeys, beavers, and deer who visit frequently! Deck overlooking creek has easy-to-use gas grill. Utilities, internet and driveway parking space included. Functional laundry room. Excellent kitchen, cozy living room with gas fireplace. Home is in excellent condition. *UPDATED Furniture (will update photo soon)- New twin bed, nightstand and bookshelf available if you’d like. Full bathroom with tub, may be shared in future with additional housemate or temporary guest.

No smoking, no drugs, no other pets, no children, please be respectful of quiet evenings and each other’s space, accepting of my dogs and cats and very careful not to let them outside accidently through doors left open etc, accepting of occasional other quiet professional guests or housemate. -About me: I own the home and live alone with no children, and I am active duty Army Officer. I leave for work early in the mornings. I’m friendly, professional, and tidy. I have two older, lazy, quiet and friendly dogs and two friendly cats. They are all very quiet and clean with minimal shedding. Proof of employment or income and background check required.
