You’d have access to your own private bathroom and room, which includes a bed and A/C. You’d also have shared access to the living room, kitchen, deck and open yard. Parking is available just not in the garage. Looking for short term roommate.

It’s just me in the house currently. I’m okay with drinking and cannabis use, but don’t smoke myself. I’m quiet and to myself but will open up the more I know and get used to you. I’m clean and a bit of a night owl but very respectful about noise and disturbances. I like my privacy and safe space so I’d prefer to not have people over too much
