I have both, furnished and unfurnished rooms available. I’m only going to rent one or the other so the bathroom will be like a private bath. Rent includes the living space kitchen area with utilities included, there is a washer and dryer also. Have a decent backyard that’s fenceed in. I have two dogs that love everybody and their attention. They both are lab mixes, so they aren’t small dogs.i also have a security system installed in the house. With three cameras outside.

It’s only me and the dogs that live here now.I work full time and I usually stay home when I’m off. I’m really easy going and usually get along with everyone. I’m fifty something years old. I don’t mind overnight guests but I would like it to be only a couple of nights a week or maybe the weekend. We can discuss that.
