This is a furnished one bedroom apartment located in the daylight basement of a single family home.

It is a great place for a single person who wants their own private hideaway. It is newly refreshed, modern and spotless. It has a large bedroom, a small living area with desk, small sitting area with TV, including fully stocked kitchenette with apartment sized stove and full-sized refrigerator. Bathroom is modern and clean. It is well appointed with wifi, YouTube TV and all utilities included. It includes its own parking spot and a full sized w/d located just outside the apartment for your own use.

Home is located in a very private area of North Asheville by Beaver Lake. While it is minutes away downtown Asheville, it feels like you are in the middle of the forest.

Note that the unit has a private entrance through the garage and there is a window only in the bedroom. Looking for someone responsible and reliable. References checked. The place is really only for single occupancy. Pet lover a plus given our dogs. May consider shorter than one year dependent on person and situation.

The homeowners are a married well-traveled gay couple speaking English, German and Turkish. We have three dogs and a cat.
