Living space, full kitchen and washer & dryer downstairs. You will have your own private full bathroom, a small closet in the bedroom and access to the balcony upstairs. The bedroom currently has an air mattress, a night stand, some shelves mounted on the wall, and a small desk with a vanity mirror. The air mattress will come out, and I will empty out everything else you don’t want or need. The backyard is a good size with a shed and is fenced in. There is a private parking pad in the back.

I’m 34, single and live with my dog, George. Because George has free range of the house when I am not here I won’t be allowing other pets. I work downtown during the week and typically use my weekends to recharge, though I do socialize occasionally. I’m friendly and supportive, outgoing and respectful.
