Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on the Southie, Dorchester line. Rent is $1,020 plus utilities with a move in date anytime after December 2, 2022. The lease would last until September 2023. It is an under 10 minute walk to the Andrew Square T stop on the Red line, and a 15 minute walk to Carson Beach and Moakley Park, as well as a 5 minute walk to South Bay shopping center. This is a newly renovated space with in-unit laundry, dishwasher, kitchen garbage disposal, and A/C. The available room is 13’x9’1“ with a window and built in closet. Our current roommate is moving out and pictured is the furniture she is willing to sell.

Rebecca - A 27 year old professional working in Client Services in the Biotech field. I am clean and tidy as well as organized. I am a pretty quiet person and enjoy small group gatherings. Some of my hobbies are photography, volleyball, and spending time outside. I dog sit from time to time so having someone who is ok with dogs staying over is preferred.

Karen - A 26 year old nurse, working at Boston Medical Center. I consider myself a fairly clean roommate but am understanding when people’s lives occasionally get hectic. I have lived happily both with roommates who have become my friends and with roommates who I have a strictly roommate relationship with. I have a cat who is very friendly and sweet and playful who has lived well with dogs but no other cats please.
