Private room in a quiet 2-story duplex near Rockrimmon. Just north of Ute Valley Park. 5 mins from Costco, 8 mins from UCCS, 12 mins from Garden of the Gods & the Airforce Academy. The first floor is a shared space and includes a second full-sized refrigerator, 55in OLED TV, couches, barstools, outdoor patio furniture for the balcony. Pikes Peak is visible from the balcony. Washer/Dryer + Kitchen items (pots, pans, utensils, espresso machine) are free to be used by the tenants as long as they are cleaned afterwards. UTILITIES INCLUDED (water, gas, electric). Bathroom will be shared with one other tenant. There is a driveway parking space currently available, but will be assigned by who has lived at the residence the longest.

I work a ton but am very friendly and love meeting new people! I leave the house early and come home late (8-9pm) so I won’t typically be around during the day. On my off-time I love to do all the outdoorsy things like camp, hike, fish, ski & snowboard. Also super passionate about music!
