Looking to rent out a private basement room within a rambler style condominium in the Fairmeadows gated community to a single person. This unit is a spacious 2,440 total square feet and has a main floor and a basement roughly splitting that footage evenly.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what you’ll be getting:

Room comes with a Jack and Jill style private bathroom (the other adjoining room will simply be common area). Bathroom comes with an infrared light.

Room is unfurnished. Most of the basement frankly is as well for the time being.

Room is the sole bedroom in the basement, so there’ll be an abundance of privacy.

As for the rest of the house and other perks, the kitchen, laundry, patio, and living rooms are shared. There is a dedicated laundry area on the main floor that now houses a new smart washer and dryer. The community comes with the perks of being gated and access to amenities like a pool and a clubhouse (has billiards, a small cardio room, and multiple lounging areas). An area near the clubhouse is currently being renovated into a park. This is also located in the heart of Fort Union, meaning there’s an abundance of options for food and groceries. Currently, I live alone and spend most of my time on the main floor. I do work remotely, so I will be home more often than not. I am 26 and am looking for someone who is in the ballpark of my age and is respectful, responsible, will clean up after themselves, and can control their noise level when necessary. I’m hoping this will be an opportunity for someone to really feel like they’ll be making this home theirs as well! And an extra small bonus: I collect manga and have a collection that I would describe as being comparable to what a small library has. You’ll get access to that as well!
