Meagan's room

Hello! I have been living in this apartment in Park La Brea for 1 year, and my sister just moved out. My boyfriend did just move in to my room with me, but we are looking for a person to share the apartment / take the other room. I also have a little pup that you would be living with as well (a little pomsky named Jenny).

*We are looking for someone to be added to the lease and stay on the lease until it ends in June 2023. There may be an additional security deposit based on credit approval from leasing office

About the Space -Two story townhome; the bottom floor is living room /dining room / kitchen and top floor is the two bedrooms and bathroom . There is plenty of storage -hardwood floors -patio (I have a little garden and patio table currently, but if you/we want to decorate the patio I am very willing and have been meaning to but kind of lazy lol) -the patio faces a nice little courtyard

Park La Brea amenities -dog park right next to the apartment -you have to pay for the gym / pool -walking distance to LACMA, Farmers Market, The Grove

I am 27 year old female that works from home. I am obsessed with surfing so there are a few surfboards on the patio. My boyfriend is an EMT and he is not around a lot except at night because he works long shifts half the week and gets home at 11. We are super easy going and easy to get along with.
