Fully furnished bedroom and detached private bathroom. You have your own mini fridge for your personal groceries and drinks. Newer desk for standing or sitting with a comfortable chair. Set of dresser drawers. Large TV with Netflix, Prime video and movies available for purchase. Close to everything. Just 10 miles to Malibu pier, 1 mile to Starbucks and grocery store, hiking trails start down the street at the park. The space has black out drapes for privacy and sunlight. The bed has a feather bed for Softness and comfort. There is a ceiling fan light for comfort and extra stand alone fan. Bedding is provided

I live here with my daughter who’s is 14 and is here 50% of the time. It’s a very quiet household. I don’t accept drama of any sorts. No excessive drinking, drugs or loud parties, everything in moderation. It’s a nice family community. I don’t accept couples or animals. I have a small dog 🐶 and that’s all the house can handle. If you have a boyfriend or girlfriend and expect them to be here all the time, I’m not the place for you.
