It is a furnished room but if you have your own, I can move what is in there out. Bathroom right outside. I will have my guests use my bathroom. unless it’s an emergency. Kitchen, living room, laundry all available. Very clean and comfy home. 3 car carport available next to home. And there is guest parking available close by. And the best part?👏AIR CONDITIONING!!!!

I live by myself. Female, age 60. I’m very easy going and laid back. Nice safe area. I do have camera alarms around the house. I have cable with lots of movies and internet but the room does not have a TV. I you have a smart TV I can hook it up in your room. If you don’t like the furnishings in there I can easily remove them. Also I have a monthly housekeeper. Very nice and trustworthy. Guests are allowed, but it is a quiet neighborhood so no loud music past 11pm at night. Dinking is okay but no drugs or smoking is allowed in the house or around the premises. Lots of supplies included like paper towels and toilet paper, cleaning stuff.etc. And a vacuum. Also I have so many dishes, pots and pans, etc. I love to cook. Indoor smokeless grill. Looking for someone tidy, easy going, and responsible. Furnished living room with large TV, dining area, and Smart TV in kitchen/dining area. Thank you for your interest.
