Alyssa's room

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in my two bedroom apartment! My roomate is young twenties looking for a girl roomate around the same age. The room has a walk-in closet as well as a private bathroom. This complex is by far the best one I’ve lived in. It has a pool, 2 jacuzzis, a gym, and tennis courts! It’s is a 5 minute drive to the beach with a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores surrounding including Seaside Market, Waverly, Sambazon, and Best Pizza & Brew!

I’m in the process of moving states! My roomate however will be in the other suite. She’s an awesome roomate! She’s always considerate of my space and does her part for the apartment :).
