Beautiful three bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, living/dining room, spacious kitchen and fenced backyard in sage neighborhood.

Looking for someone ideally female 25-35, but exceptions in case by case basis. I have a friendly dog who likes to chill on the couch and backyard, fully house trained. Prefer no more pets but would consider for the right person. I’d like someone mature with a reliable income. I generally keep the house chill during weekdays, sometimes have friends over on weekends for movie or bonfires/food/drinks and you’re welcome to as well! Someone moderate or liberal prefer. LGBTQ+ friendly. Shouldn’t matter but I’m Hispanic, from Puerto Rico, have been living in the southeast for 6.5 years and in the Raleigh area for 6 months and living it! I’m 31, engineer in the pharma industry, I like to read, play acoustic guitar/sing, go to parks and nature trails, museums, bars etc. very social but also love my alone time.

Similar interests would be great but not necessary. Would love a clean person but not a neat freak that would freak out if I’m in a rush and forgot a dish, and I’ll have the same grace with you! I’m flexible and respect boundaries and we can discuss any rules!
