This room features its own private bathroom, with a single sink, shower and toilet. You will have use of the kitchen area, use of the laundry room, refrigerator space, pantry space, and Gigabit WiFi.

This property offers over 2500 square feet of living area, with upgraded appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. The front and backyard have artificial turf installed, so yard upkeep is minimal. The backyard offers a fire pit and grill. There is a 4 car garage as well as plenty of on-street parking. The house comes installed with Vivint home security.

This is an adult-only household. The room is single occupancy only. No kids, couples, illegal drugs or smoking in or on the property.

Must be employed (proof required) and earn at least 2x the room rent per month. A background check will be required upon application.

I am active duty military living by myself. I am in the process of renting out the other rooms in the house, so I’m looking for someone that is able to get along well with others and takes care of their personal space.
