Looking to rent a room in our home in a well established nice neighborhood to working, quiet, respectful women.

No couples, no smoking, no drugs, no pets. Room available now. We speak English and Spanish. Rent includes water, electricity, internet . Room has a twin bed, chest and small TV (We can remove any of this if you bring your own items). Bathroom is shared, access to washer no dryer, kitchen, living/dining room. Kitchen cabinet space, mini refrigerator and parking space. No working from home, no overnight guest would be allowed. We will be asking you to be willing to work together to keep common areas of use clean and organized. For example; taking turns for garbage and maintaining the bathroom and kitchen clean. Please inform us before-hand if there will be guests during the day.

Contract is month to month, cash or money order only and we require a holding deposit of 1/2 of the rent. Must do an online background, provide proof of income and referral letter from church or work.

The other people in the living area are kind and understanding. One works outside the house and the pther persom workd inside. Both people are quiet and conservative, they do not interact with others unless needed. Both do keep the house clean.
