Large, bright and sunny upstairs master bedroom for rent in quiet, conservative, family home. I live in the house with my two, newly graduated from college boys who are respectful and very pleasant. We’re a loving, happy family just with a lot of extra room going to waste.

$800 a month. First and last month’s rent with a $400 security deposit at signing of the lease.

This can come unfurnished or with a bed and loveseat. The two walk in closets have built in shelving. Windows are overlooking wooded and private yard. Shared use of kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, and screened in porch included. All utilities except anything other than basic cable are included in rent. One parking spot in the garage is available with a shelf unit, but no other storage available.

House rules include no overnight guests, no smoking, no recreational drugs, no pets. Looking for someone who isn’t picky but cleans up after themselves and is basically clean and respectful. The house is lovely, but a little bit older and not fancy. Easy commute to Manchester or Nashua.

I’m a nurse who lives an active, but quiet lifestyle. My faith is central to my life. My two sons have recently graduated from college and are home for periods of time. They’re great young men and fun to have around. We have an old dog who is very sweet but definitely do not want any other pets in the house.
