Ground level apartment in multi-family house located near the route 1 bypass in Portsmouth 2 bedroom with shared bathroom, office, kitchen, dining room, living room, porch, small fenced yard, and driveway with ample street parking. Laundry is shared in the basement along with storage. No utilities are included, even split on electricity, gas, water, and cable (about $1050 in the summer, increases in winter for gas heat). We have weekly landscaping and trash pickup, and plowing in the winter included in rent. The room is unfurnished, keeps warm in the winter and in the summer has space for a window air conditioner.

I’m Kris! I’m a restaurant server full time (work nights) and looking for someone to replace my roommate who is relocating. I’m an easy going person, love getting along with people and making people laugh! I’m single, I keep to myself but do enjoy company occasionally, nothing crazy. I love keeping the shared spaces clean (prefer to do so with loud music, obviously will accomadate for you and guests) and I don’t mind shoveling snow! I’m over 2 years sober (cannabis welcome) and have neighbors above and below so not into having parties. I have no problem being around alcohol but if you are an alcoholic or have a habit of blacking out, apologies but this might not be the right fit! I’d prefer a roommate who is employed full-time but not remotely as I will probably disturb you at some point during the week! I do have furniture and a 25 gal aquarium that I keep well maintained (guppies and stuff, they’re amazing) that is pretty out of the way. Available to move in November 1 with signed 1 year lease, but if we fit well together I would not mind continuing as I love this apartment! Super cute, neighbors are awesome and respectful, and the location is too good! Not a bragger but it’s a pretty sweet package! Looking forward to meeting you!
