Calle Del Sol

This is a 2 BR/2.5 Bath, fully furnished condo in West Sedona with some traffic noise. No smoking, no pets, must be very responsible and be able to give proof of a good, steady income along with a credit check and references. Also, utilities will be around $450 a month, each paying 1/2 of them.

I am the only other roommate. My bedroom is upstairs and the other bedroom is downstairs with a king bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom, and access to the patio (kitchen and living are upstairs). I am a very devout Catholic in my early 60s and I work full-time for the Catholic Church in Sedona. I’m looking for a female roommate who enjoys being active, is clean, isn’t a drama queen, and preferably shares my Christian faith and morals and can live in a house a little on the warm side. I tend to eat Paleo and grain and dairy-free (I am not a vegan.) I love to hike, read, dance salsa and tango, play table tennis, cards, and games. I do not watch TV.
