Ridge Rd

Hello, I am looking for a roommate to get a bigger apartment with. My lease is up in December and I currently live at cardinal ridge apartments and am looking to move to a 3 bedroom apt on the 30th of December with a friend. I am 26 years old, I’m a caseworker. I work full time and am a very clean person and am looking for the same because A dirty house or unorganized one really stresses me out. I do have a washer and dryer In the apartment. There is storage outside and you can rent a garage for like 60/80 bucks I believe. There is a pool, dog park and gym. You would have your own room with a shared bathroom. The apt is a 3 bed 2 bath though. I could furnish the room or let you do that. I do have a little hypoallergenic doggy. He does not shed, he is house trained and crate trained. He is going on 2 and is not aggressive at all. He loves to play but also sleep. We can have one other animal but it would have to be a small dog.

I did come from the foster system and was very poor growing up so I am very big about having/ keeping a nice home. I am very family oriented and am at my parents house often. I am also a twin. I do not drink, or party. I am very laid back and love to just play with my dog when I’m home or just chill.
