Secure building convenient to Seattle University, Swedish, Virginia Mason and Downtown. It has a awesome view of Mt. Rainier. The building has exercise room with gym equipment. The Living room area is equipped with 4K OLED big screen TV, dinning table w/chairs, sofa.

For yourself, you will have the private bedroom with patio and shower/tub/bathroom (with amazing views of Mt. Rainier)! The location is within (10 min) walking distance to Capitol Hill, Seattle U, Swedish, Virginia Mason gyms and multiple bus stops and 1 miles out from the heart of downtown Seattle business district. It’s also very convenient to get on I-90 if you commute to Bellevue (15 min drive) and you won’t have to pay toll!

Rent will be $1480/mo (plus to split the electricity charge). The rent included water, high-speed internet and secured gated assigned parking spot. The room currently can fit a queen sized bed frame + mattress. There is also a laundry washer/ dryer inside the unit too. *No smoking, pets, drugs, excessive drinking, multi night guests.
