3 beds 2 1/2 bath home. You will have your own room and bath. I live in a quiet neighborhood so nothing crazy going on. Room is furnished with bed, dresser, TV, and closet. We can chat more later about everything else.

Looking for a responsible roommate that can pay their rent on time. All utilities included with price. I work 5 to 6 days a week so rarely home and I do have an old dog that stays downstairs. I do like to cook and I am social. I like being outside and going to the beach.
