Separate room/separate bathroom/separate entrance, fully furnished, located in a quiet, safe and family friendly neighborhood. Minutes away from North Springs Marta Station, 285 and GA400.

There is a mini kitchen in the room (coffee machine, mini fridge, microwave and a slow cooker. There is access to washer and dryer on the main floor. There is no access to the main kitchen which has the stove and the oven. No pets. This is for a single occupancy.

There is a large bathroom, a walk-in closet and a patio outside the room (see pictures) that can be used as well.

I am a student and I work part time. I am looking for a quiet person. I live on the main floor (the rental room is on the lower floor) so there are no shared areas. There is complete privacy.
