About the room

My property is on one acre, quiet, and I have two elderly goats. I have a nice deck off the front of the house. The room for rent is all new carpet. It is a comfortable place. Across from my place is all state land with lots of trails for hiking, cross country skiing. I am very close to the Betsie River and Crystal Mountain.

About the roomies

I am the only person in my place right now. I have two friendly dogs. The dogs have an invisible fence so they can run on the acre lot. I would like someone who does not smoke. Social drinking is fine.
