Hi there!
We are looking for a female roommate to sublet our apartment in Fairfax Square for the Fall 2018 semester beginning at the end of August. The move out date is flexible- anytime between December 16 to mid January. One of us will be studying abroad in the fall so we need someone to take her place for the fall semester. The apartment has an open floor plan, two bedrooms, second floor balcony, corner lot with lots of privacy and parking directly below. We are clean, responsible, relaxed, and great company!
