I live in a two story house located in a quiet neighborhood in south Lexington. It is within walking distance of the Summit shopping center. Anyway,…A few years ago I sectioned off the front part of the house to rent out short term via airbnb. It was a success. I had 100% positive reviews and managed to make a little extra dinero. Still, it required more of my time (checking people in..changing sheets, general cleaning) than I had to give. So now I’m thinking that instead of having 20 to 30 separate guests every month; it may be smart to find a compatible housemate who’s looking for a place to stay on a more long term basis. You will have your own entrance from the outside directly to your room. It’s the front entrance in the pics. —There’s a full bathroom for your bedroom. Tv, mini fridge in your room. Plus you will have access to the kitchen, washer & dryer, tv room, backyard etc. — It’s a clean, safe, place for the right person.

I live here by myself. Well, my boxer/whippet mix, Jade, lives here too. We’ve both had all of our shots. She’s generally pretty laid back (though, for some reason, she doesn’t like small children🤷🏼‍♂️) I’m an easy going live and let live kind of guy. Currently I’m working at a local bakery. I’m also a LMT but only have a couple of clients. I like hiking, road trips, concerts, watching movies etc. It’s important for me to get along with and trust a housemate. I don’t need any unnecessary drama in my life, I’m sure you don’t either. I am seeking a female roommate; I’ve had too many bad experiences living with guys.— Stay length, rental date, even rent price are flexible/negotiable at this point. (though it’s probably not going to be available until early October ). Besides that, nothing is absolutely set in stone until we talk things over, you have a chance to see the place & we are sure that we’re going to be compatible. The first month can be a trial period…if need be? I want you to feel absolutely safe, relaxed & “at home” if you end up staying here. And I want to feel equally confident about anyone living here. I’m all about treating people with the respect and kindness that I expect to receive. — I’m only looking for one person….no couples or kids.
