It’s a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house, large living room and a full kitchen. Gated yard with shared front yard including a fire pit. Old building but in a amazing location. A parking spot is included with the room.

I live here looking to find a roommate that wants to live by the beach. Walking distance from the pier and harbor. I work and go to school so I’m pretty busy. When I’m not doing all that I’m surfing or kicking it at the beach.
