For rent is a charming room in an ever-improving, beautiful, and artsy home in Miami Springs. Rent includes shared use of a kitchen, laundry room, TV and reading room, not to mention access to a wonderful living area, outdoor patio for entertaining, and more. Utilities are included, but we occasionally hire a professional to clean and the expense is split four ways. You don’t have to hang out, but you might want to. Art and music lovers only.

We are three arts professionals in our 30s/40s. Melissa is an art director for a private collection; Naomi is an artist; and Andrew is a musician and marketer. We are a group of early-rising professionals who take communal responsibilities seriously—we share a kitchen, living room, and sometimes art studio. We have one adorable dog, Echo, who is a good boy eager to make your acquaintance!
