For rent is a charming room in a beautiful (and artsy) home in Miami Springs!

We are three arts professionals in our 30s. Melissa is an art director for a private collection; Alex is an events manager for a museum; and Andrew is a musician and arts marketer. We are a group of early-rising professionals who take communal responsibilities seriously—we share a kitchen, living room, and sometimes art studio. We have two adorable dogs: Echo the Shih Tzu, and Ryder the… something. We think he’s Dachshund and Russian Red? Regardless, they are good boys eager to make your acquaintance!
