Basement room in a single family home, with closet and own toilet. Back door leads directly to the basement stairs. Shared kitchen & full bath. Can be furnished with bed, rug, shelving & mini fridge on request. Driveway parking. May use the garage for a small amount of storage space. Quiet area, walkable to shops & restaurants & the library.

This home has school-aged children living in it. No pets, and no smoking. Us two adults work from home. It’s very quiet during the day. We consider ourselves friendly and good at communicating, and expect that you have your own things going on. We’re all in bed by 11pm and begin waking around 7am.
