Quinton's room

For the next 6 months to a year this room will be available. Cost includes your portion of the utilities and rent. Coming in to the summer months that may adjust down. It’s just me and I like to keep to myself most of the time. Very respectful and like to keep the house clean.

Laundry unit isn’t available on the property although the laundry mat is available a few blocks down the street.

Just myself. As stated above I like to keep to myself most of the time and super laid back. Don’t go out much or have anyone over or do any real big parties. I really like to keep things relaxed and clean. I take care of the lawns so no added cost there.
