South Sheridan Avenue

This is a single-family home in an older central neighborhood in Tacoma, close to downtown, 6th Ave, and the new light rail line (opening in 2023). We are two blocks from a grocery store, 1/2 mile from Wright Park, and less than a mile from downtown and the bus routes to Seattle. House is clean and comfortable. Bedroom is 11x13 and faces the street, with large windows and blackout curtains. Both bathrooms have showers and integrated bidet toilets. Kitchen was remodeled in 2016 and has granite countertops and a gas range.

Current housemates: One 50-something gay man who teaches college during the day and works as a restaurant server at night. One 20-something gay man who works in retail here in Tacoma. Two friendly cats. We are open-minded and easygoing. (We love pets but because there are two here already we can’t accommodate any more–sorry!)
