Master Bedroom in a 2b 2ba apartment. You get your own private bathroom/shower, triple wide closet (perfect for those with lots of clothes or need extra storage), 15x12 to comfortably fit a queen mattress, dresser, and entertainment piece. The bathroom also has a full size cabinet for even extra storage space. You’ll have full access to living room and kitchen and very high speed internet for any streamers out there. There are 2 local parks nearby within walking distance or a short drive, walmart, and moksa brewery. There is also a pool and 2 bbq pits on site.

I’m a full time manager who works 40-50 hours a week. Love to cook, and enjoy a beer or night out every now and then nothing crazy. House is vape friendly but no smoking. My dog will visit on weekends but he’s awesome and will be your best friend too. Pretty easy going house rules nothing too strict, just keep common areas clean, no parties, try to limit over night guess or significant others (I’m renting to 1 person not 2) but a simple heads up usually does the trick. House is pretty quiet for the most part I do music production sometimes but during normal business hours never late at night or anything. Pretty much be a good chill person and we will get along great.
