Delaware Street

Me (Caiti) and my girlfriend Molly have a room for rent in a 2 bed/2 bath home in Imperial Beach. The home is less than 1 mile from the water. Move in date is October 1st.

My girlfriend and I will share the master bedroom. They are 26 & 24 years old. We have 2 cats and 1 dog. There is a huge backyard with a fire pit and plan to put in grass soon! The kitchen is currently undergoing a complete renovation so it will be brand new to the home.

You will have your own bedroom and private bathroom with a jetted tub and double sinks. The one car garage will be shared as storage, or something can be worked out that fits everyone’s needs. The home uses conventional electricity and solar power.

We are a no drama household and don’t mind the tenant having company over - just please be respectful of us, our space, and we will do the same.

Caiti- I am 24 years old and work as an aide to a gal in Hillcrest in addition to working as a caregiver on the side. I am currently going back to school for my nursing degree. I love to work outside in the yard and building things here and there. I also love to garden!

Molly- I am 26 years old and am a hair stylist in Chula Vista. I am currently in school for my Trichology degree. I love hanging out with our animals and relaxing after longs day at work.
