About the room
This quiet, peaceful, and luxurious gated community features beautiful parkland and 24/7 security patrols. The private bedroom and bathroom, with a walk-in closet, a nightstand, and a dresser, are located on the third floor, facing the main street. Large windows offer a view of the community park. Access is available to laundry, living, dining, and media rooms. Rent includes all utilities and fees: water, electricity, parking, gas, Wi-Fi, gate card, and key code lock.
About the roomies
Our current female residents are all alumni of the University of Houston (UH), with one still attending. They are in their 20s, friendly, and kind. One resident is an architect, and the other is a digital designer. They enjoy working, exercising, or studying at new coffee shops.
