It’s in Rox Village, not the “Park”.

This is a 2 story, single family home near Chatfield State Park, Roxborough State Park, and Waterton Canyon (near Lockheed Martin). All utilities are included in the monthly rent, provided that you agree to the stipulations in the rent agreement :). The home has 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is for rent and has an attached (private, walk in) bathroom and a walk in closet. I am renting the master bedroom because that bathroom is private in that room, and that would be more comfy for the potential roomie. The backyard does have a sitting area with an outside fireplace and garden area. I live in the home and I work full time currently from home in one of the spare bedrooms. A Friendly 7 year old Chocolate Labrador is on premises. She might be the actual owner :) She will want occasional belly and butt rubs. I vacuum alot.

I am a 45 y/o male. Master bedroom is available to rent, with a private bathroom and closet. I’m looking for a 6 month lease that can be renewed if it works for us both. I am on the phone a lot during working (7am-5pm) hours, you will hear me, but otherwise I consider the house to be a quiet, calm, clean place. The ideal roommate for me works out of the house during the day, during the week. If you work nights or evenings, my constant talking on the phone might bother you.
