Oak Street

The house is a two bedroom cape. It is located in a pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The room I am renting has two windows for air and sunshine. The rent includes the internet and utilities. The room has a queen size bed whuch is fairly new and very comfortable. There is a deck in the back of the house and a nice size back yard. It is in a quiet neighborhood, It is close to a laundry mat, the food store, drug store and library., As well as, to the beach and the winerys.

I work at a seasonal job. I keep a very clean home which I expect a renter to keep the same way. I have 2 cats. They are very nice cats. It doesn’t take them too long to warm up to someone new. I am friendly and am social and enjoy meeting new people well giving a renter there space and privacy.,
