I have a 1 yr old 2 story Townhouse that is 3 BR and 2.5 BA. My daughter moved to dorms at NAU and decided to rent a spare room. The room is 12’ x 12’, ceiling fan, has a lock and has a bed in there now that can be removed. My home has W/D on upper floor where bedrooms are located. My home is 1,650 SF with backyard and gym in garage. Kitchen and living room downstairs with a 1/2 BA. I have 2 cats that are friendly. I would prefer a female roommate because the bathroom that would be used was my daughter’s before she moved out and think a female would be cleaner. I cook a lot, and can provide good options for my roommate. The development is gated with 2 lg pools, and plenty of greenbelts. It is ideally located about 3-4 miles from the 101, 202, and 60. Asking $925 and includes high speed wifi and all streaming. There is plenty of parking in community with no assigned spots.

I am a recently empty nester with a daughter now at NAU. I work from home in sales with occasional out of office appointments. I enjoy movies, music, healthy cook, concerts and am active.
