This is a beautiful house (3 bed rooms and 1 bath) , just finished new floor and painting. One room is reserved for my family member. Currently, two rooms are available. we have furniture in dinning and living areas. The room is not furnished. There is an attached one car garage, but not assigned to either tenant. Plenty room for street parking. The backyard is very large, like a park. Bus stops of route 23 (to De Anza College and San Jose State U.) and 59 are within walking distance ( ~ 5 min). This is a convenient and quiet neighborhood. It is within walking distance to Westfield Valley Fair, Santana Row. Close to Highway 280 and 880, Safeway, Walmart, etc… One larger room (136 sf) is for $1,100 and a smaller one (110 sf) is for $1,000.

We are looking for responsible male professionals or students or brother and sister.. The room is for single occupancy only.
