Erica's room

You would have the first floor of the townhouse to yourself. Rent is 1,350 per month. Utilities are included. You will have a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Your living room comes with your own wood burning fireplace and a futon. We can move the futon if you want but our last two roommates liked having it.

The backyard on the first level (which is turf and stone with a built-in gas fire pit with brick and wood fencing around), the fully equipped kitchen (second level), and reading room (second level) are all shared.

There are two designated parking spaces and plenty of visitor spots

We would prefer a female, but have had one male roommate prior so there are exceptions.

One of us (28 F) is a makeup artist/esthetician with two days off so you may not see me often. The other is a Marine (31 M) who is not currently here. We have one bedroom/bathroom for each of us on the top level and our living room is on the second level. The other roommate is Ellie. You must love dogs! She is a 7 (?) year old Yorkie - doesn’t shed. She is a rescue and can still be a bit shy with new people. She has an automatic dog door with a ramp to the backyard so she will be visiting you downstairs often.
