Apartment complex has a fitness center, indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, and a few other amenities. The bedroom is unfurnished. Pets are allowed, but the complex has pet rent because that’s a thing apparently (extra $50/mo). Also has laundry on the bottom floor of the building. Roommate will have to be added onto my lease. The leasing office requires an application ($30 fee with the app), copy of ID, and copy of 2 most recent paystubs. No smoking allowed, per the lease, in the apartment or on the balcony.

Just a single guy who works, games, and does Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Pretty quiet and boring otherwise. Would like a respectful and tidy roommate to split rent with.
