I have a spacious, private bedroom in my 2 bd, 1 bath loft apartment. The location is great - we are 10 minutes from Manhattan Beach, 10 minutes from LAX, and 15 minutes from Sofi Stadium in Inglewood.
The room is carpeted and fits a queen sized bed comfortably. Bathroom, kitchen, living & dining areas are furnished & shared.
Amenities include pool, fitness center, game room with pool table and shuffle board, Central Air & Heat, Laundry (washer/dryer in unit), dishwasher and new appliances in the kitchen. Price of rent includes wifi and all utilities.
The building is quiet and everyone minds their own business. The building is non-smoking. A parking spot can be secured for $25 per month. We are just a short drive from restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores like Whole Foods, Ralphs and Trader Joe’s.
No pets. No smoking.
