There are 2 female roommate’s now so that’s why we want another woman. There is 1 small room available, would be good for someone who works alot or doesn’t need much space. You will have a pantry of your own and a closet in your room and right across from your room, with access to the general living area. The Rent is due on the 1st of the month Parking is right outside our side door. There are the bills, and household items to buy and split ( paper towels, toilet Paper, dish soap, trash bags. You have to buy your own laundry soap. The room comes unfurnished. There is a speedway in walking distance along with 3 vape stores 1 way is Planet Fitness n Jet’s, other way is Walmart Burger King and a whole lot of restaurants and a movie theater

Hi first bills will be split 3 ways unless there’s just 2 people then it’s split in half Must be paid on first of month. You should be able to clean up after yourself, but of course, we need to all take turns cleaning floors, bathroom, carpets, counters, and appliances Now as far as pets, The landlord will say no pets not even a goldfish!
