The apartment is a 2br in stuytown. One of the bedroom is available for move in on 9/25. The current tenant of that room is moving out, and I am looking for someone to take his place. The room is in a great location that is very clean, quiet, and very close to the east village and L train station (5 minute walk). The room is on the ninth floor, and has a dishwasher in unit, and laundry/dryer in building downstairs for residents to use. Stuytown also has a lot of free amenities for residents to take advantage of including private basketball/volleyball/pickelball/soccer courts for residents, a stuytown cafe, and a seasonal farmers market every sunday inside stuytown.
