upstairs is 3 bed rooms full bath with shower and seperate bath tub, 2 sinks. i do not go upstairs at all you would have your own space and bathroom untill i rent a second room.. i plan to rent a second bedroom and one could be used as small living room. laundry is not available and the kitchen is up in the air right now… undecided… plenty of parking
