Looking to help my partner rent out her room - student lease at the Lodges. Must be female only, doing a student housing agreement takeover, needs to be a full time student. Sept rent paid, October rent can be paid as well for the agreement takeover if done quickly enough, plus pet fees for dog or cat.

Unsure about roommates, is a shared room 4 bed with common room and ensuite bathroom. All female roommates only according to student housing agreement.
