I’m 28 looking for someone to move into one of my rooms in my Newley remodeled house in Henrietta, I have a inground pool and will have a hot tub installed beginning of winter in the 3 season room, the house is a 5 bedroom home but I am only interested in sharing with one other person.

I work everyday and own a construction company so I come and go honestly never home so tons of privacy and I’m very chill you wouldn’t be awkward, I am also willing to reduce rent if you clean the house weekly and potentially food prep for me just an option, my house and kitchen all is all new appliances and granite countertops new furniture and all.
