The private bedroom with shared bath is in a very large house on 31/2 acres of an extremely quiet, peaceful,rural setting yet close to shopping, Ymca, restaurants Global Foundries, Saratoga, Schenectady and Amsterdam. The room includes kitchen use, deck ,pool(in season), off street parking , snow removal of driveway ;walkway snow removal is shared with tenants, wifi, heat, electricity, hot water and central a/c. A television can be provided and an in room desk. There is a 26 pound Italian Greyhound beagle mix about 2 yrs old who lives in the house too so dog friendly is a must. Washer and dryer are in the home an 2 loads per week are included in the rent. Beyond two loads there will be an additional charge per load.

The owner lives in the home and two other house mates will be added. Your room will include a shared bath with one house mate and another room on a different level will have a private bath and rents for more.
