Great location, walking distance to groceries stores, shopping centers, and gas station. Walking distance from restaurants as well. There is a mall nearby with gym less than 5 minutes away and less than 5 minutes from freeway highway I-5. Quiet location with newly remodeled house. Room is about 10x10. Furnished room with queen bed and night table. Room has double closets.

I like things clean and organized. I wake up very early and try to sleep around 9 or so. Please no party’s or loud music after that time. I have a room I made into a gym and will allow access to but it need to be cleaned after use.
