10x13 bedroom with spacious closet in a medium sized house with a big back yard. The bathroom is shared with one other female roommate. 15-20 minute walk from NIH/Walter Reed/medical center metro with a convenient bus stop. Parking is easy on the street or driveway.

Landlord does not allow pets :(

3 roommates: M26, F24, F29. We are pretty social and like hanging out together. We will have movie or game nights, or go out for food and drinks.
